- That’s Amore: Owned and managed by a real Sicilian from that island at the end of the Italian boot, this fare is authentic from the top to the bottom. That’s Amore features authentic Italian cuisine and not just the American Italian version of Italian food. That’s Amore uses only the freshest ingredients that are in season. Browse their complete menu on this their web site for all your favorite appetizers, entrees and even pizza. A full wine list is also available. The stuffed shells are to die for! On the main road in Rosarito.
- Bistro Le Cousteau: Fantastic French Fare. Phillippe Chauvin was an Executive Chef at the AAA Four Diamond Presidente Intercontinental Hotel in Mexico City, with classical French cuisine as his forte. Just a few years ago, he decided to go about it on his own. Together with his lovely spouse/Host Gloria Luz, they settled on a parcel of land experiencing booming growth. That said, Rosarito has never been known for fancy food. It was a gamble at the roulette wheel in Monte Carlo that has begun paying handsome dividends.
